BUBLIING is proud to announce the development of customised acoustic booths for CODEX, specially designed to support neurodivergent employees. This project is part of our partnership with AsIAm, Ireland’s leading autism charity, dedicated to promoting a more inclusive and understanding society for autistic people.

The booths have been designed with attention to every detail that enhances well-being and focus: adjustable lighting with multiple colours and LEDs positioned at the front and back allows for a welcoming and comfortable environment. Fabrics and colours were chosen together with CODEX, ensuring a pleasant and harmonious space. To provide calming sensory stimulation, we installed tactile surfaces on the undersides of tables and benches, allowing users to interact in a peaceful and relaxing way while working.

With this project, BUBLIING strengthens its commitment to helping companies create inclusive workplaces, combining our expertise in workplace solutions with the knowledge and recommendations of AsIAm. The goal is to build spaces where all employees can thrive, regardless of their sensory or neurological needs.
